Britpop pioneers Pulp will reunite on stage for the first time in 15 years.
The band, lead by the arch swagger of Jarvis Cocker, became cultural leaders of the Britpop movement in the '90s, until, after many line-up changes, they disbanded in 2002.
Now the definitive Different Class line-up ' Nick Banks, Jarvis Cocker, Candida Doyle, Steve Mackey Russell Senior and Mark Webber ' will hit the stage once again in mid-2011, for the first time since 1996.
Cocker hinted at the reunion in October last year but Q magazine has now reported that the band will play Hyde Park's Wireless Festival in July next year.
And they suggest there will be more headlining slots at the Northern Hemisphere's summer festivals.
They'll most likely play Glastonbury, as Cocker said last year, 'Glastonbury means an awful lot to me, I would love to play there again.'
Pulp's website currently features a slideshow of cryptic questions and the invitation to sign up to the mailing list.
